  • Rental fees are due 60 days prior to arrival with STANDARD Rate bookings, no discounts apply. 
  • Please add 11.5% tax and $80 cleaning fee to all rentals fees.  HOLIDAY Weekend rates may  be additional
  • Sorry, No smoking  or Pets, Some agre restrictions will apply. 
  • In cases of emergency cancellations, we offer credits towards future stays.  Credits are given at owners discretion. 
  • We cannot guarantee the Weather but for hurricane evacuations or emergency cancellations,  courtesy credits are available.  Sorry, NO Refunds are not available.
