RENTAL POLICIES

  • A fully refundable $250 security deposit is due at time of booking and secured with a major credit card.
  • Advance Booking FEES  Must be Paid in Full at time of booking otherwise standard rates will apply.
  • Rental fees are due 45 days prior to arrival with Standard Rate Bookings. 
  • Please add 11% tax and $80 cleaning fee to all rentals fees.
  • Sorry, No smoking  or Pets, Some agre restrictions will apply. 
  • In cases of emergency cancellations, we offer credits towards future stays.  Credits are given at owners discretion. 
  • Sorry, we cannot guarantee the Weather but for hurricane evacuations courtesy credits are available.
